Job summary

Harley-Davidson Oxford is seeking an Analyst Credit Risk on a 6-month maternity cover to promote and support international credit risk assessment, safeguarding asset bases and aligning with profit and cash flow objectives.

You will analyze financial statements, reports and performance, maintain credit facilities, build dealer relationships and monitor facilities under International Credit Standards, with collaboration across dealers, distributors and subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Underwriting, Risk analysis or Financial Analysis.
• Ability to operate in an International environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal with high cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Credit Reviews: Complete a minimum number dealer file reviews and provide actionable risk-based recommendations.
• Dealer Development: Analyse future dealer projects, financials and projected performance for network expansion.
• File Conditions: Track and ensure progress on conditions within file reviews and KPI reporting.
• Security: Record and monitor security in systems and KPI reporting; escalate concerns.
• Bad Debts: Monitor high-risk dealers and liaise with legal when required.
• Reporting and Documentation: Compile monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses for monitoring.
