Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of operational procurement experience across multiple categories.
• Strong knowledge of procurement tools and contract negotiation.
• Experience in a matrix global/regional business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop global sourcing strategies for Creative & Production.
• Manage a spend of £20m+ for Global Marketing categories.
• Collaborate with BUs to align global and regional strategies.
• Lead contract planning and supplier management.
• Drive cost savings and risk mitigation across supply base.
• Educate regional procurement leads and drive governance.
