Job summary

Haleon in the United Kingdom is seeking a Director, QSCP Strategy to shape and manage Haleon's Supply Chain and Procurement strategy. You will partner with the VP to drive a major transformation toward a world-class supply chain.

You will work with executive stakeholders across Global Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, crafting strategic narratives, business cases and decision papers for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant end-to-end supply chain experience.
• Strong business acumen with track record in multi-year strategy delivery.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distil complex information into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Supply Chain Strategy with QSCP leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Create strategic narratives, business cases and decision papers for ELT and Board.
• Translate trends into actionable choices and competitive advantage.
• Lead high-value strategic projects across portfolio, network and operating model design.
• Shape long-term ambition and exec-level strategy reviews with leadership.
• Deliver cross-functional strategic initiatives in an agile team.
