Apple Inc. in London seeks a Creative Director (Original Photography) to lead the Original Photography program, setting the visual direction and owning production, budgets and cross-functional delivery across international markets, apps and formats.

You will lead a team of Photo Art Directors and Producers, collaborating with Brand, Design, Finance and Production Ops to scale and maintain authentic storytelling at scale.

Formación

• Proven experience as a creative leader in photography or a visually-driven discipline.
• Extensive experience managing and developing a team of art directors and/or producers.
• Demonstrated ability to own budgets and operational process.
• Comfort partnering with Brand, Design, Finance, Business Affairs, and Production Ops.
• Hands-on experience leading performance management and workload planning.
• Experience scaling a visual system at scale across markets or product lines.

Responsabilidades

• Visual strategy: Act as the organisation's leading voice on photography trends and cultural shifts.
• Vision & strategy: Define a strategic point of view across projects with design principles.
• Creative direction: Interpret brand vision and guide original photography for scale and clarity.
• Storytelling: Translate business needs into visuals that tell authentic stories.
• Visual system: Build and maintain a scalable visual system across geos, apps and formats.
• Team leadership: Lead and develop Photo Art Directors and Producers.
• Budget and process: Oversee budgets and streamline production workflows.
• AI and innovation: Explore AI applications to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
• Process improvement: Introduce tools to improve on-set and post-workflow.
