Getty Images in London is seeking a Senior Creative Development Specialist specializing in Video. You will engage, inspire, and educate our creator community to produce high-quality content aligned with customer needs and our video strategy.

Reporting to the regional creative lead, you will lead projects and collaborate with Creative Insights, Creator Relations, Custom Content, and Creator Engagement in EMEA, as well as Marketing, PR, and Sales to deliver relevant local content.

Qualifications

• Degree in visual or creative media.
• Expertise in videography and video production.
• 7+ years in visual communications, advertising or production.
• Ability to lead or mentor creative teams.
• Fluency in English with strong presentation skills.
• Proactive in sharing ideas and solving problems.

Responsabilités

• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with videographers to inspire and produce high-end regional content.
• Regularly communicate content needs and provide creative direction to creators via email, Discord, and Zoom, guiding from concept to execution.
• Identify and recruit new talent from within the Americas creator portfolios and external sources.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
• Oversee multiple projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
• Provide creative and technical feedback to creators, enhancing shoots and art direction.
• Curate and review creative assets to meet differentiation standards and customer needs.
• Promote and showcase creative work internally and externally through verbal and written communications.
• Write creative briefs and shoot spotlight articles.
• Organize and run webinars for creator engagement and video education.
• Support Marketing teams with video highlights and showreels of best content.
• Analyze data to inform video strategy and forward-thinking direction.
• Develop and implement a video strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a thought leader for video within the organization, driving innovation by sharing insights and opportunities.
