Sphera Solutions UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to partner with senior leaders and support global commercial initiatives. You will advise on employment, IP, data privacy, and corporate governance while handling cross-border SaaS and vendor agreements.

The role requires a JD or equivalent law degree, 6+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external counsel in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience, including in-house at a multinational.
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to business teams and counterparts.
• Experience handling cross-border SaaS, licensing, and vendor agreements.

Aufgaben

• Partner with senior legal team to support commercial needs across global operations.
• Counsel HR, Finance, IT, Services, Product, and Marketing on legal matters.
• Interact with outside counsel as needed for global scope matters.
• Review and draft complex commercial agreements: SaaS, professional services, licensing, vendor contracts.
• Support implementation of team processes aligned with business strategy.
