STERIS in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team. The role supports the EMEA, APAC and LATAM Healthcare businesses, advising on commercial and corporate law, negotiating agreements and managing external counsel.

Ideal candidates are qualified solicitors in England and Wales with 1+ year PQE, strong English communication, and a proactive, business‑minded approach to risk and compliance. This on‑site position offers exposure to a global leader in patient care.

Competenze

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with current practicing certificate.
• Strong commercial and contractual drafting experience.
• Experience handling cross-border transactions within EMEA/APAC/LATAM
• Proactive problem-solving with sound legal judgement

Mansioni

• Support the EMEA, APAC and LTAM Healthcare businesses in commercial and corporate matters.
• Draft, amend and review a wide range of commercial agreements and distribution contracts.
• Lead negotiations and manage external counsel for regional deals.
• Liaise with internal departments and international colleagues to align on risk and business goals.
• Provide practical legal solutions to support a customer‑oriented business.
