Capco in Glasgow is seeking an Analyst to join our Finance, Risk, Regulatory & Financial Crime practice. You will support a leading global financial institution across the full lifecycle of equity and fixed income income events, ensuring accurate processing, robust controls and exceptional client service.

In a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with global teams, exercise strong attention to detail and continuously seek improvements to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Actions, Income Processing or Securities Operations in financial services.
• KYC experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income income processing with solid reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across desks, counterparties and clients.
• Understanding of regulatory and operational controls (e.g., CASS).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of corporate action income events across equity and fixed income products.
• Review and reconcile payables, receivables, ex-date, record date and payment date activity; investigate and resolve outstanding claims.
• Partner with traders, counterparties and internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions and support delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls and processes; contribute to change initiatives with project teams.
• Support mandatory corporate actions and tax reclaim activities; escalate risks or issues when needed.
