A leading financial services firm in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Analyst. You will manage the full processing of corporate actions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in corporate actions and possess strong attention to detail. This contract role offers a daily rate of £200.

• 2+ years' experience in corporate actions within financial services.
• Strong attention to detail & organisational skills.
• Knowledge of relevant financial processes and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of corporate actions.
• Process mandatory & voluntary events (dividends, mergers, rights issues).
• Liaise with custodians, counterparties, and internal teams.

Corporate Actions Analyst - Contract - £200/day - Glasgow
We're seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to join a leading financial services firm. You'll manage the end-to-end processing of corporate actions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Process mandatory & voluntary events (dividends, mergers, rights issues).

Distribute notifications, manage elections, and reconcile events.

Liaise with custodians, counterparties, and internal teams.

Monitor & resolve exceptions, contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

2+ years' experience in corporate actions within financial services.

Knowledge of CREST, SWIFT, Euroclear; regulatory awareness (CASS, MiFID II).

Strong attention to detail & organisational skills.
