Job summary

Motive Offshore Group seeks a Contracts Specialist to review, draft and negotiate client and subcontractor agreements globally. You will provide contractual advice, refine templates, and support strategic framework agreements to align with Motive's objectives.

The role collaborates with procurement, sales and technical teams to enable robust contracting practices. Reporting to the Head of Contracts, you’ll contribute to lifecycle management, risk profiling, and process improvements while

Excellent attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and subcontracts.
Provide practical contract guidance to internal/external stakeholders.
Develop and refine contract templates to ensure consistency across regions.
Support development and negotiation of strategic framework agreements with key clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders at bid/tender stage to assess contractual risks.
Manage contract lifecycle to ensure compliance and timely close-out.
