Guidepoint London is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage all aspects of contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless contract processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of three years of contract management experience. Experience in-house is preferred. This role offers a hybrid working model and excellent benefits, including a competitive compensation package and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience working with contracts.
• Ability to handle complex compliance practices and ensure consistency in contract drafting.
• Experience negotiating data processing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts.
• Manage Contracts Queue and coordinate contract management.
• Serve as primary contact between legal and stakeholders.
