• Strong contracting, operations or procurement experience in life sciences.
• Ability to manage high-volume contracts and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; willingness to collaborate globally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely contracting with HCPs, HCOs, Patients and POs.
• Work with Ipsen business teams to define scope and engagement.
• Follow Ipsen processes for engagement with external stakeholders.
• Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts per Ipsen templates.
• Support French contracting activities and liaise with French stakeholders.
• Escalate contracting/compliance issues to Specialist Legal Coordinator.
• Uphold high standards of ethical and compliant behavior.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Ipsen policies.
