Optimas International is seeking a Communications Executive to create clear, on‑brand content across digital, social, and internal channels. You will support the Communications and Brand Manager, delivering engaging storytelling for customers, prospects and colleagues worldwide.

The role offers on‑site work from our Gloucester office and a chance to gain broad experience in a growing international business, with opportunities to collaborate across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a communications, content, copywriting, PR or marketing role.
• Excellent written English with strong UK‑style grammar and accuracy.
• Ability to write for different audiences and channels, from technical to internal news.
• Experience researching topics and turning information into engaging content.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and basic digital tooling.
• A portfolio of writing samples (graduates may include academic or personal work).

Responsabilités

• Deliver the content calendar by researching, writing, editing and publishing across channels.
• Update website content, including news, blogs, case studies and sector pages (WordPress).
• Create email campaigns and digital lead‑generation content in HubSpot.
• Interview internal SMEs to develop stories that showcase expertise and value.
• Research industry trends to identify opportunities for timely content.
• Optimise content for search, voice and AI discovery to improve visibility.
• Gather stories, photography and interviews from colleagues and sites.
