Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem, offering a broad range of digital-asset services. We seek a senior Compliance Risk professional to manage risk assessments, implement EWRA, and partner with global teams to strengthen policies and controls.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop management information on compliance risk, and drive initiatives using AI-driven workflows in a fast-paced, remote-first, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as a compliance professional in a regulated financial services environment.
• 2+ years of direct experience in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI-driven automation, or fine-tuning workflows for Compliance initiatives.
• Coding skills (SQL/Python) and technical foundation.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing and implementing the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Lead risk assessments across Financial Crime segments including AML/ABAC, sanctions, and market abuse.
• Collaborate with Product, Local Entity Compliance, and Central Compliance teams to document controls and policies.
• Produce MI/metrics for senior management and monitor KRIs with actionable recommendations.
