Job summary

Binance is seeking a Compliance Risk professional for the United Kingdom to help implement and advance the global Compliance Risk Management Program. The role focuses on EWRA, anti-financial crime, and risk assessments across product and regional teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to document controls, build reporting MI, and monitor KRIs, enabling effective risk mitigation in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in regulated financial services.
• Experience with EWRA risk assessments and AFC processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; AI-driven tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Lead EWRA and risk assessments for AFC, sanctions, and market abuse.
• Collaborate with Product, Local Entity Compliance, and Central teams on product risk.
• Document and maintain control inventories to meet regulatory requirements.
• Build and monitor MI/metrics for AFC EWRA and overall risk.
• Monitor RAS KRIs and provide recommendations when risks exceed appetite.
• Support regional and product teams to develop policies and risk controls.
