Job summary

Racelogic Ltd in Buckingham, UK, seeks a Quality & Compliance Manager to own the management systems and regulatory obligations for precision technology sold in 100+ countries.

You will lead the internal audit programme, oversee the UKAS-calibrated lab audit, manage product conformity records and supplier compliance, and drive improvements across health and safety and regulatory areas.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or maintaining a certified management system in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Qualified internal auditor with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025; internal auditor certification desirable.
• Knowledge of product regulatory compliance for electronic products (RoHS/REACH).
• Experience completing customer and supplier compliance, sustainability or due diligence questionnaires.
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification desirable; strong independent planning and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the quality and environmental management systems.
• Plan and deliver internal audit programmes and calibration lab audits.
• Coordinate certification/ accreditation assessments and close findings.
• Manage product conformity records, including declarations of conformity and supplier declarations.
• Oversee supplier sustainability questionnaires and due diligence, and PCI & cyber security audits.
• Lead health and safety risk assessment and incident investigations.
