Job summary

Catalyst Partners is seeking an experienced Global Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and develop its reward agenda across international markets.

Reporting to senior HR leadership, this standalone role will oversee global compensation, benefits and mobility programmes, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. Strong analytical skills and Workday experience are essential.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
  • Global compensation & benefits experience in a commercial or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, incentives, benefits and mobility programmes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and HR systems experience (Workday preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability in a standalone remit.
  • Ability to build relationships across an international organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global reward programmes: salary structures, bonuses, benefits and mobility.
  • Manage annual compensation and bonus review cycles; ensure consistency and market competitiveness.
  • Benchmark salaries and benefits; provide insights for talent attraction and retention.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop reward solutions for new locations and growth.
  • Oversee external reward and benefits providers; ensure governance and cost effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
