Responsibilities

• Global compensation strategy and design: lead global broad-based compensation programs (base pay, annual incentives, long-term incentives, retention awards, and recognition).
• Job architecture, levelling, and approvals: develop global job evaluation and governance with leadership.
• Market analytics: oversee benchmarking, analytics, and financial modelling to support pay-for-performance decisions.
• Governance and risk: ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards across regions.
• Program delivery: oversee annual compensation cycles, equity communications, and enablement materials.
