Job summary

Clarksons in City of London is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support a busy HR function across compensation tasks and governance. You will work with HR systems like SuccessFactors, ResourceLink, Equate+, Benifex and Payscale Curo to deliver accurate data and insightful analysis.

Responsibilities include regulatory reporting (Gender Pay Gap, CEO Pay Ratio), annual remuneration reporting with Finance, and data preparation for committees and board packs.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel: expert with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros and complex workbooks.
• Experience with HR systems and compensation tools to import/export data (SuccessFactors, ResourceLink, Benifex, Equate+ and Payscale Curo).
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Highly organised with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile remuneration data for UK statutory reporting and regulatory disclosures.
• Collaborate with Finance to produce annual remuneration data for directors and financial analysis.
• Prepare FCA remuneration data submissions for global entities and ensure data accuracy.
• Introduce and maintain salary benchmarking tools and up-to-date market data.
• Develop high-quality compensation and market trend analysis to support HR and business leaders.
• Produce data for committees, boards and other groups and provide insights.
