Job summary

Omnicom UM in London is seeking a Manager to support the delivery of client partnership commitments across global and market levels. You will work with Business Leadership, Operations, Activation, and Strategy to ensure alignment, coordination, and smooth execution of all activity.

You will assist craft leadership in delivering against client deliverables, including performance framework tracking such as TRR and QBRs, with process cascading through internal meetings and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of day-to-day requests from key clients and internal teams.
• Support tracking of deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Help identify risks to delivery and elevate or coordinate resolution as needed.
• Build relationships with day-to-day client contacts and key stakeholders.
• Support the development of client materials, updates, and reporting.
• Contribute to global views, status updates, and performance tracking.
