Job summary

Roche UK seeks a Solutions Owner for Commercial Analytics to design and safeguard the UK's analytics products. You will ensure high-performance dashboards and visualisation tools built on top of the data lake support Marketers, Medical Affairs and Field teams in answering commercial questions.

You will act as the primary UK contact for globally governed analytics, guiding adoption and ensuring local needs align with enterprise offerings.

Qualifications

Deep hands-on experience in the backend of enterprise BI platforms.
Able to build complex visualisations and manage dashboard logic.
Work with data engineers to define requirements for schemas and interfaces.
Design dashboards that are technically accurate and intuitive for non-technical users.
Strategic yet ready to be tactical when the business needs it.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary UK expert for global analytics offerings and advise on deployment.
Drive adoption of global analytics and customer-insight tools across functions.
Influence development of global solutions to suit the UK market.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to define requirements for data ingestion and refinement.
Establish technical guardrails for data privacy, consent tracking and KPI definitions.
Advise Marketing, Medical Affairs and Field teams on enterprise tools to avoid fragmented reporting.
Upskill teams on data interpretation to foster self-service and data literacy.
