Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent in science, medicine, or related field).
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, or related roles.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of prior leadership experience, including development and management of team members.
• Experience in the CNS therapeutic area strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global scientific communications strategy across CNS assets.
• Chair an integrated medical communications planning cross-function team.
• Own the Scientific Communication Platform, scientific narrative, and core lexicon.
• Drive innovative content and omnichannel engagement strategies, including digital formats and AI-enabled tooling.
• Oversee governance, quality, and compliance for content development and lifecycle management.
• Lead annual scope-of-work planning and oversee agency partnerships.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team and foster a culture of scientific excellence.
