Job summary

White & Case LLP in London is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to administer and operate the Firm's worldwide infrastructure with a focus on cloud platforms and collaboration services.

This includes providing cloud administration and engineering support across Microsoft 365, Google Suite and cloud-based AI tools, supporting platform maturation and service adoption, and ensuring that applications, services and infrastructure are operated in line with Firm standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience with cloud applications and platform maturity initiatives.
• Experience delivering projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ability to work with business users and technical teams across cultures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide cloud administration and engineering support across core platforms (M365, Google Suite, cloud AI tools).
• Act as SME for escalations and collaborate with global teams to resolve incidents.
• Support project-based delivery and BAU handover with proper documentation.
• Produce low-level design artefacts and conduct testing and evaluation of configurations.
• Mature operational support capabilities while ensuring security and compliance.
