Job summary

White & Case is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Technology Services team in London. You will administer and operate the firm’s worldwide cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Google Suite and cloud-based AI tools, ensuring secure, reliable services and alignment with Firm standards.

You will collaborate with global teams, support service transitions to BAU, produce low-level design artefacts, and help onboard new cloud capabilities while maturing operational

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience working with cloud applications and platform initiatives.
• Able to work with business stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cloud administration and engineering support across core platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Suite, cloud AI tools).
• Act as SME for escalations and coordinate with global teams to resolve incidents and improve service stability.
• Support BAU transitions and onboarding of new cloud services with documentation and training.
• Produce low-level design artefacts and participate in solution assessments and testing.
