Job summary

White & Case is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to administer and operate our worldwide infrastructure with a focus on cloud platforms and collaboration services. You will support Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and cloud-based AI tools, ensuring secure, resilient operations and alignment with Firm standards.

You will collaborate with Operations, Business Services and regional teams, acting as a key SME for escalations and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

2–5 years’ experience with cloud applications and platform maturity.
Experience in project-based delivery and engineering activities.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation experience.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, independent and willing to travel or work overtime.
Fluency in English; international experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide cloud administration and engineering support across core platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Cloud AI).
Act as 3rd line SME for escalations and complex issues.
Support project-based engineering and delivery for cloud apps.
Produce low-level design documentation and artefacts.
Support platform onboarding and BAU transition with handover/training.
Collaborate with global teams to mature operational support and ensure security/compliance.
Monitor emerging cloud technologies and propose improvements.
