Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations leader to oversee global Phase I–IV trials across multiple therapeutic areas. You will partner with study teams, delegate tasks, and drive delivery with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure trials meet timelines and quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years in global clinical research, leadership experience, and strong program management skills. Travel 10-20% domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research with global trial oversight.
• Experience leading in clinical operations leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Phase I–IV trial delivery and oversight with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee trial master file (TMF) and essential documents.
• Coordinate Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) shipments in partnership with regulatory and supply functions.
• Mentor and coach GSMs, CRAs, and GSAs to support development.
• Manage trial timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
