Job summary

The role requires a life sciences degree, 10+ years in clinical research and fluent English, with experience in major markets. Strong vendor management and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical research/operations
• Managerial experience in Pharma/Biotech/CRO environments
• Experience across the full clinical trial lifecycle
• Experience with CRO oversight and vendor management
• Excellent knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and GMP/GDP

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional Clinical Trial Teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery
• Collaborate with Clinical Science Experts and Clin Scientists on trial design and execution
• Establish milestones, budgets and timelines with trial teams and outsourcing partners
• Monitor trial progress and ensure documentation and data collection throughout the study
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and action plans
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with applicable requirements
• Provide oversight to CRAs and Trial Administrators where applicable
