Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead in London to drive study delivery at investigator sites and collaborate with the global study team. The COL will oversee site activation, CRO management, and regulatory compliance to ensure quality and timely milestones.

With 5+ years in Clinical Operations and strong ICH/GCP knowledge, you will lead training, monitor sites, and contribute to Galderma's dermatology leadership globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in Clinical Operations, incl. 3 years as CRA or similar.
• Experience with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards.
• Drug/device and biologics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as centralized contact for investigator sites, optimizing activation and performance.
• Oversee site identification, setup, and CRO oversight to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Monitor CRO CRA activities and ensure compliance with the monitoring plan.
• Set country/site-specific recruitment targets and study deliverables.
• Support vendor selection and review proposals, including UAT for study systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely documentation for investigators.
• Deliver training and coordinate CRA meetings.
