Job summary

Galderma in London seeks a Clinical Operations Lead to drive study delivery at Investigator sites and collaborate with global teams. The COL will oversee site activation, monitoring, and vendor management to ensure quality and timely data capture.

The role requires strong clinical operations experience, regulatory knowledge, and leadership to coordinate CROs, CPM/CTMs, and study leaders across initiatives while maintaining compliance with ICH and GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a centralized contact for clinical trial investigator sites, optimizing site selection and performance.
• Coordinate site setup, activation, maintenance, and audits readiness with CROs.
• Oversee CRO CRA activities and monitor site management for quality and timeliness.
• Set recruitment targets with CRAs and study leaders to meet timelines.
• Participate in vendor selection and review proposals and test systems (EDC/IRT).
• Ensure regulatory compliance per ICH and GCP and local regulations.
