Job summary

Galderma in London is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to join the Clinical Operations team. You will lead global trials, ensuring delivery on timelines, budget and quality, working with cross-functional experts and external partners to drive successful development.

You will manage trial design, milestones, outsourcing relationships and oversight of CROs, with a focus on inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across major markets.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• 10+ years in clinical research/operations.
• 5+ years in a managerial role or equivalent.
• Experience in major markets (US and/or China).
• Experience supervising CROs and external service providers.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP; GMP/GDP familiarity.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Clinical Trial Teams to deliver trial results on time and within budget.
• Partner with Clinical Science Experts and Clinical Scientists on trial design and execution.
• Establish study milestones, budgets and timelines with outsourcing partners.
• Monitor trial progress and ensure proper documentation and data collection.
• Provide oversight to CRAs and CTAs, where applicable.
• Ensure clinical trials remain inspection-ready throughout their lifecycle.
