Job summary

Abbott is seeking a System Project Lead to join the Clinical Affairs team. This globally visible role will drive development, implementation and continuous improvement of systems supporting clinical studies, research, and data management across Abbott Diabetes Care.

You will collaborate with UK/US Clinical Affairs teams, Business Systems and external partners to translate business needs into effective technology solutions, ensuring compliance and data integrity across platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Experience in clinical research or regulated healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-related projects from concept to implementation across global teams.
• Gather requirements, evaluate solutions, manage vendors, ensure deployment.
• Improve data management, reporting tools, dashboards, and visualisations.
