Job summary

Abbott Diabetes Care in Witney is seeking a System Project Lead to drive global system initiatives that support clinical studies, data management and scientific activities. You will collaborate with Clinical Affairs teams in the UK and US, plus Business Systems and external partners, to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

You will lead end-to-end projects, simplify processes, improve data handling, and enable effective collaboration while ensuring privacy,

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience in a related field with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience translating business needs into technology solutions.
Proficient with project management tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead system-related projects from concept through to implementation with stakeholders.
Simplify processes, improve data management and enable collaboration across global teams.
Develop and optimise systems to support clinical studies and scientific activities.
Ensure solutions meet data privacy, cybersecurity, validation and regulatory requirements.
Support reporting tools, dashboards and visualisations for business insights.
Drive adoption of new technologies through training and stakeholder engagement.
