Job summary

Recursion Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end strategy for global programs, from Phase I/II planning to scalable Phase III operations, ensuring on-time, compliant supply for trials.

Based in London with optional remote work, you will oversee forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory, vendor oversight, and IRT/RTSM systems, partnering with QA, Regulatory, and CMC to readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in clinical supply chain management in pharma/biotech.
• Experience managing the clinical supply chain for late-stage (Phase IIb/III) pivotal trials.
• Deep knowledge of global clinical trial logistics, import/export regulations, and complex distribution networks.
• Proficiency designing and managing IRT/RTSM systems and blinded protocols.
• Experience with contract packaging vendors, global depots, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for global programs, establishing Phase I/II processes and scalability for Phase III.
• Oversee forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, logistics, and inventory for expanding trial footprints.
• Manage external packaging vendors, CMOs, and trial supply depots; optimize IRT/RTSM logic.
• Build data-driven workflows using AI to optimize forecasting, inventory, and logistics.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, and CMC to align supply strategies with milestones and readiness.
• Create scalable supply chain tools, SOPs, and risk mitigation for registrational trials and uninterrupted patient supply.
