Job summary

Recursion is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Manager to scale end-to-end supply operations for global trials, from Phase I/II through Ph III pivotal studies.

You will manage forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory across international sites, coordinating with QA, Regulatory, and CMC to ensure readiness and milestones are met. Remote-friendly with on-site visits in London.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical project management or clinical supply chain experience.
• Direct experience managing the clinical supply chain for late-stage (Phase IIb/III) pivotal trials.
• Deep knowledge of global clinical trial supply operations, country-specific import/export regulations, and complex distribution networks.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing IRT/RTSM systems.
• Proven track record of managing contract packaging vendors, global depots, and clinical supply budgets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity of early-phase research while imposing rigor for late-stage development.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for global programs, establishing Phase I/II processes and scalable Phase III capabilities.
• Oversee complex demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, global distribution, logistics, and inventory management as trials expand internationally.
• Manage external packaging vendors, CMOs, and trial supply depots while implementing IRT/RTSM logic for flexible trial designs.
• Build data-driven workflows using AI and tools to optimize forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
• Partner across Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory, and CMC to align supply strategies with milestones and readiness.
• Create scalable supply chain tools, SOPs, and proactive risk-mitigation strategies for registrational trials.
