Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead and coordinate global clinical studies in a sponsor‑dedicated model. You will oversee planning, resource management, stakeholder communication and risk mitigation to ensure on‑time delivery and high quality.

The role requires leadership in matrix environments, experience with non‑interventional and interventional studies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Clinical Trial Management positions.
• Advanced degree in health/l life sciences preferred.
• Ideally 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management.
• Experience managing global trials is advantageous.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of clinical studies from concept to final study report.
• Coordinate study setup, protocol development, Informed Consent Forms and study documents.
• Manage cross-country study delivery strategy, patient engagement and recruitment plans.
• Oversee vendor selection, engagement and performance, ensuring ICH/GCP/ ENCePP compliance.
• Collaborate with matrix partners and Study Delivery Director to manage study budgets.
