ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex clinical studies in a sponsor-dedicated model. You will oversee planning, execution, and reporting, driving cross-functional collaboration across sites and vendors in a global setting.

The role requires leadership experience in matrix environments, advanced degrees in health sciences, and a track record of delivering trials on time and within budget.

Formación

• Minimum 6+ years in Clinical Trial Management in a CRO or Pharmaceutical organization.
• Experience leading global trials and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing all trial components from start-up to database lock (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end design, execution and reporting of clinical studies and trials.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, resource management and risk mitigation.
• Drive engagement of vendors and external partners within study delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and ENCePP guidelines.
• Collaborate across global functions to advance study delivery and portfolio objectives.
