Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate project and programme delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes while developing team capability.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and report progress to senior management. A Bachelor's degree and extensive clinical trial experience are required, with PMP/PRINCE2 credentials advantageous and travel up to 30% expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, with significant experience in project management and team leadership.
• Must have extensive experience working with global clinical trials
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, within scope, time and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage project teams and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Project management tools and methodologies experience; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, focused on continuous improvement.
• Will travel approximately 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery, resolve issues and develop team capability.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate effective communication.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, implement strategies to address challenges.
• Prepare and present reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
