Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-regional studies in renal, obesity and MASH, partnering with sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver studies from start-up to close-out while meeting quality, timeline and budget objectives.

The role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record of managing global study delivery with deep knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related field.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, including global or multi-regional trials.
• Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH studies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex global and multi-regional clinical trials, driving operational excellence and successful study outcomes.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for sponsors, providing leadership and innovative solutions.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams across regions, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks and operational delivery.
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure studies comply with ICH-GCP and regulatory commitments.
