Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Operations to lead global trial planning and execution from startup to closeout. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with GCP and company procedures.

The role involves overseeing CROs and vendors, driving risk mitigation, and ensuring inspection-ready operations. Candidates should have 7+ years in clinical research with CRO/Biotech/pharma, including 3-5 years leading global Phase 3

Qualifications

• BS/ BA degree is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of clinical research experience in CRO/Biotech/Pharma on Phase 1-4 global trials.
• 3-5 years leading end-to-end global trials including Phase 3 registrational trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial teams to develop and execute study operational plans and deliver end-to-end trial execution.
• Accountable for trial delivery including timelines, budget, quality oversight, milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee CRO/vendor selection, onboarding, contracting, budget management, and performance monitoring.
