Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead clinical trial delivery from start-up through close-out. The role spans oncology, neuroscience, and immunology programs, with cell and gene therapy a plus, and offers hybrid/remote work options.

You will manage project teams, budgets, vendors and risk, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while maintaining clear sponsor communication to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in life science, healthcare and/or business.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in drug development and/or clinical research, with at least 3 years in clinical trial project management.
• ICH-GCP(R2) knowledge and regulatory familiarity.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience managing all phases of full-service trial delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and English.
• Proactive, solution oriented and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to deliver within scope and timelines per contract.
• Create and execute project management plans.
• Ensure quality and adherence to SOPs, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish clear communication lines with stakeholders and escalation paths.
• Manage study budgets and monthly invoicing.
• Oversee risk management and scope changes throughout the project.
• Lead internal and sponsor meetings including KOM and Investigator Meetings.
