Qualifications

• 9+ months of B2B experience in a client-facing role.
• Degree with a minimum 2:1.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Relationship-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, driven and able to own workload.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of global clients.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring clients maximise value.
• Owning the client renewal process and supporting long-term retention strategies.
• Proactively engaging clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for product adoption, account growth and trial generation.
• Monitoring client engagement and implementing retention plans where required.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across leading financial institutions.
