Navan seeks a dynamic Team Leader for the Premi8er Client Success team to lead Global Partnership Managers, ensuring white-glove service for Navan’s strategic clients across law, banking, and professional services sectors. You will shape client strategy, drive satisfaction, and guide complex migrations.

You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, coaching peers to achieve outstanding results while fostering executive-level partnerships across a global client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Global Partnership Managers to deliver white-glove client service.
• Maintain high client retention and strategic, long-term partnerships.
• Provide executive-level guidance to stakeholders across Navan’s global network.
• Navigate complex client relationships, including negotiations and growth opportunities.
• Set and track KPIs, performance metrics, and coaching routines.
• Drive strategic migrations from legacy R&M technology to the Navan platform.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to reinforce Navan as a strategic partner.
