Job summary

Worldpanel by Numerator is seeking a Global Delivery & Performance Manager to lead high-value insight and project delivery for global subscription clients in personal care, beauty and grooming. You will partner with Strategy Management and Enterprise Partners to drive value, renewals and growth while shaping scalable delivery across markets.

Qualifications

Experience in consumer insights, data, analytics, research, client success, account management, consulting or related field.
Confident with complex clients in beauty/personal care, FMCG, retail or related sectors.
Ability to challenge client thinking and shape briefs.
Strong storytelling with data-to-business insight.
Excellent relationship-building and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Drive delivery excellence and ensure high-quality insights for global subscription clients.
Own delivery and renewals support, maintaining credibility and strong client relationships.
Link insights to client business outcomes with clear, actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities for churn reduction, growth and scalable delivery processes.
Collaborate with Strategy Management, Enterprise Partners and broader Global Vertical functions.
