Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the global Client Data Management agenda within Life & Health Reinsurance. You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, mobilize cross-functional teams, and drive delivery across regions with governance and risk management at the core.

You will collaborate with senior sponsors, align on milestones, and ensure benefits realization while managing dependencies and budgets in a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading projects and change initiatives.
• Strong end-to-end project management experience across business and technology.
• Proven ability to translate strategic direction into execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and regions.
• Experience delivering data and business transformation, including operating model design.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic priorities into clear project scope, milestones and delivery plans.
• Establish structured prioritisation and delivery planning with resources in mind.
• Coordinate business and technology delivery across the value chain; manage dependencies and risks.
• Maintain alignment with sponsors and senior stakeholders; provide concise progress reporting.
• Drive evolution of client data processes, governance and ways of working.
• Identify capacity and funding needs; manage project finances.
