• Experience delivering data and business transformation, including operating model design.
• Nice to have: Life & Health (Re)insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear project scope, milestones and delivery plans.
• Provide overall delivery oversight across interdependent workstreams and regions.
• Establish structured prioritisation and delivery planning including resource needs.
• Mobilize and coordinate business and technology delivery across the value chain.
• Maintain alignment with sponsors and governance; provide concise progress reporting.
