Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-stream Reinsurance transformation program. You will own end-to-end delivery, financial oversight, governance, and senior client stakeholder relationships across global onshore/offshore teams.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and risks, and guide strategy with deep Reinsurance (Treaty & Facultative) expertise, coordinating across cross-functional teams and cloud-enabled environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program or project management experience.
• Must-have: strong Reinsurance domain experience (Treaty & Facultative).
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation, governance and financial oversight.
• Experience leading global onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Nice to have: PMP/PRINCE2, Agile delivery and Cloud exposure.
