Job summary

Blockchain is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead global cyber security, reporting to the CTO. You will define strategies, oversee Security Engineering, SOC and GRC, and partner with leadership to enable rapid product innovation while safeguarding assets and customers.

You will drive regulatory readiness, incident response, cloud and application security, and executive-level risk assessments for boards and regulators.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CISO or senior security executive in a high-growth tech or financial services company.
• Experience leading security within a US public company or through an IPO with SOX and regulatory governance.
• Deep technical experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, blockchain or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global cybersecurity strategy aligned with IPO readiness.
• Lead and scale Security Engineering, SOC and GRC functions across the organisation.
• Partner with executive leadership on risk, regulatory readiness and enterprise security.
