Job summary

ClearCourse Partnership LLP is looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our security strategy across 40+ software and payments businesses. This pivotal role reports to the Chief Technology & Transformation Officer and requires managing security governance, compliance, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive CISO experience, particularly in PCI-DSS compliance, and a strong understanding of embedding security within DevSecOps practices. The position offers a hybrid work model with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at CISO level within a multi-entity organization.
• Hands-on experience with PCI-DSS compliance programmes.
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise-wide GRC frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles.
• Ability to influence at Board and executive level.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group’s security strategy and governance framework.
• Provide Board-level reporting on security posture and compliance activities.
• Oversee security operations including threat detection and incident response.
• Lead security assessments for acquisitions.
