Job summary

A leading gaming company seeks a Senior Change Manager to lead their global finance transformation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large-scale change initiatives and must demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. You will develop change management plans, work with senior stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes. This role is full-time and hybrid based in England. Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and expert Change Manager to play a significant role in our multi‑year global finance transformation, enabled by Oracle Cloud. Lead and run the human aspect of change within the Business Change team, ensuring effective implementation of new processes and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop organisational change plans encompassing customer engagement, communication, training and adoption interventions.
  • Work with senior collaborators to understand changes in operational procedures and work methodologies.
  • Assess impacts of change and build detailed mitigation plans.
