Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Global Business Change team on a 12-month fixed-term basis in the UK. You will lead end-to-end change across high-impact global programmes, ensuring readiness and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.

You’ll work with Programme Leads, Sponsors and senior stakeholders, coach other change professionals, contribute to portfolio planning and governance, and help evolve the standards that underpin how Specsavers delivers change

Qualifications

• Proven experience independently leading large-scale or complex business change.
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies and practical tools.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coach other change professionals and influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end change across large-scale global programmes.
• Lead change impact assessments, readiness planning, engagement, communications, learning and adoption.
• Partner with Programme Leads, Sponsors and senior stakeholders to ensure successful landing.
• Coach other change professionals and contribute to portfolio planning and governance.
• Help evolve standards and frameworks for delivering change across Specsavers.
